I'm Serhii Kudelkin, owner and licensed general contractor (MHIC #157062) with hands-on experience throughout the DMV market. Every project Build Dog takes on is personally supervised from the first walkthrough to the final inspection — I don't hand your home off to a salesperson and disappear.
I founded Build Dog Construction in 2019 with one goal: deliver the kind of honest, quality work I'd want done on my own home. That means pulling proper permits, scoping the hidden issues up front instead of burying them in change orders, and standing behind every wall we open up. We don't subcontract the important work — my core crew does it.
